YOUR WORLD IS OUR WORLD TOO! by Silvia Gayler
Nearly 5 decades have passed since the flower power hippies of the 60`s first started demonstrating for peace
and love amongst people. For years many have been trying to show others what cruelty lies behind factory
farmed animals, animal experimentation, and the fur trade. Over and over again there have been warnings that
we need to respect nature and our environment, our world, our planet, our home. Almost half a century has
gone by, but, with all the larger companies wanting big profits, and so many of us forgetting the true importance
of life, things have been getting worse! Nature provides us with all that we need but mankind is being led by
power and greed, and it is time for a big change. Education starts at home and in our schools. Our children are
now those trying to change what is happening to our world, before we destroy it. Our children are our new
hope. The 4E drama group are young people who really do care. With the message they share here with
you all this evening, they hope to open people’s minds in order to bring on an important change to the
way we treat our planet and all life upon it.
